GM's from last season have option to continue with their last season team:
Teams still under option from season 4: None.
If GM informs here not to continue with last season team, that team is available to anyone.

Kiba does not continue with SJ, Tepsu does not continue with NJ and Brenahan does not continue with DAL. Sulpo continues with CGY, Matu with BOS, Seppos with STL, Jeremy with TOR, Depch with NYI and Safe with NYR.

If we can get everyone on board before the July 30th deadline, what are the chances that we could get the "draft" out of the way late next week? I'm heading out to the lake for 2 weeks holidays, and while I can manage the team on my phone from there - it'd be a lot easier to send the player bids from my PC.
