KOHL 12 Team selection

Deadline to apply for league is 4.6.2018 15:00 UTC+3 (Finland).
GM's from last season have option to continue with their last season team. Last season GM's have this option until 5.5.2018 15:00 UTC+3 (Finland).
After that deadline, team will be available to anyone. If GM informs here not to continue with last season team, that team is immediately available to anyone.
Current teams available for selection (will be updated):
PHI, PIT, NYI, CHI, MTL, OTW, TB, HFD, WSH and ANA.
